Seasonal trends.

The menu follows the changing seasons: preference is given to the fish delivered daily by loyal fishermen, but does not disdain the earthier flavours, such as the truffle, star of memorable autumn dishes. Pastas are either made at the moment or arrive from pasta factories in Gragnano; they are drawn through a bronze die and are under the Protected Geographical Indication seal. Breads and desserts are all strictly homemade.
